Promotion Period
The Promotion starts at 12:01am AEST on 15 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
Eligible Persons
The Competition is open to:
• Residents of Australia aged 18 years or over;
• Who submit a review relating to their Interflora experience on Trustpilot during the Promotion Period; and
• Have a valid email address associated with their Trustpilot account.
Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and agencies directly associated with this Promotion (and their immediate families), are ineligible to enter.
ENTRY PROCEDURE
To enter, eligible entrants must:
• Submit a review relating to their Interflora experience on Trustpilot during the Promotion Period.
Reviews do not need to be positive. Honest feedback — positive, neutral or negative — is accepted as a valid entry.
Each eligible review submitted during the Promotion Period constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.
MAXIMUM ENTRIES
Entrants may submit multiple reviews during the Promotion Period, provided each review relates to a separate and genuine Interflora order or customer experience.
Each valid review constitutes one (1) entry.
ENTRY CONDITIONS
By submitting a review, entrants:
• Confirm the review is their own genuine opinion and experience;
• Confirm the review does not contain unlawful, offensive, misleading or defamatory content;
• Must not include personal information belonging to another person; and
• Grant Interflora a perpetual, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish, edit and use the review (in whole or in part) for marketing, promotional and communication purposes without further compensation.
Interflora reserves the right to remove, reject or disqualify any review that breaches these Terms and Conditions.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
Reserve entries may be drawn in the event the original winner is deemed invalid, ineligible or forfeits the prize.
PRIZE DETAILS
There is one (1) prize to be won.
The prize consists of:
1 × Interflora Gift Voucher valued at AUD $250 (including GST).
Voucher Conditions
• Must be redeemed in a single transaction;
• Includes delivery fees within the voucher value;
• Valid for orders delivered within Australia only;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash;
• Is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable;
• Any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited; and
• If the value of the order exceeds $250, the winner must pay the difference.
Total Prize Pool
AUD $250 (including GST).
NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING
The winner will be contacted on or about 7 August 2026 using the email address associated with their Trustpilot account.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the claim period, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to a reserve entrant.
PUBLICATION OF WINNER
The winner's first initial, surname and state may be published on Interflora Australia's website and/or social media channels within 30 days of the draw.
PRIVACY
All personal information collected and handled in connection with this Promotion will be managed in accordance with Interflora Australia's Privacy Policy.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is a game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, invalid or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or the prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
