A $15 delivery fee (minimum) will be added to your order. This may increase depending on the delivery area you choose.
The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or gourmet food or container value.
National flower supply continues to challenge our florists. It may be necessary to substitute some of the flowers, or containers in your order using a mix of our freshest in-store seasonal blooms. However, we will always do our best to create a lovely product as close as possible to what you ordered.In some cases, some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment.
Interflora guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every Interflora order. Each Interflora arrangement and hamper delivered by its members is created by a professional Interflora florist.
Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
Deliveries are made to Residential and Business addresses. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the Interflora florist who delivered the order.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

Requests for cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. These requests must be made within business hours Monday to Friday. Interflora will make every effort to honour these requests, however does not guarantee these requests can be made.
Mother's Day 2024
Guaranteed Delivery
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Mother’s Day orders that are placed prior to 12pm (AEST) on Saturday 11th May 2024.
Interflora Australia will make every effort to deliver orders placed after this guaranteed cut-off however, in some cases, delivery may not occur until Monday 13th May or Tuesday 14th May 2024.
Please note that deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee. Due to the availability of couriers in some remote or regional areas, in order to have your order delivered for Mother’s Day, deliveries may be made on Thursday 9th, Friday 10th, or Saturday 11th May 2024.
Please contact the Interflora Australia Customer Support Centre on 1800 808 500 for information regarding deliveries to remote or regional areas.
For deliveries to retirement villages or similar, which in many cases are secure locations, deliveries may be made on Friday 10th May 2024.
Substitutions
Due to floral supply demand over this period, it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the flowers shown on interflora.com.au. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value or greater value than the original order.
International Orders
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of International Mother's Day floral orders that are placed prior to 5pm (local time) on Thursday 9th May 2024.
Order Alterations
As of 12pm (AEST) on Thursday 9th May 2024, Interflora Australia is unable to affect variations to orders for delivery on Friday 10th, Saturday 11th May and Mother’s Day Sunday 12th May 2024. These variations include changes to delivery addresses, changes to card messages, changes to the originally requested product and changes to the recipient’s name.
Order Cancellations
As of 12pm (AEST) on Friday 10th May 2024, Interflora Australia is unable to accept cancellations to orders for delivery on Saturday 11th May and Mother’s Day Sunday 12th May 2024.
Drop and Collect
Due to the large volume of orders being delivered, your order may be left at the front door (or equivalent) of the recipient's delivery address. Your Special Instructions (if any) are noted but may not be able to be complied with during this period.
Delivery Details
Accurate delivery details assist our Florists and couriers to have your order delivered for Mother’s Day. Please check through the ‘Order Confirmation’ page before payment to ensure that the name and address details entered into your order are complete and correct.
Specific Timed Deliveries
Requests for specific delivery times will be noted, and every attempt will be made to meet these requests, however we are unable to guarantee these requests.
Deliveries on both Saturday 11th May and Mother’s Day, Sunday 12th May 2024, will occur between approximately 9.00am and 6.00pm.
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.
As a result of both Government instructions and our Florists' personal safety requirements, your order may be left in a secure location at the front door (or equivalent) of the recipient's delivery address. Your Special Instructions (if any) are noted, but may not be able to be complied with.
Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “not at home” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact the delivering Interflora florist and the item will be returned to that florist.

2. Participating in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Eligibility
4. The Promotion is open to Australian residents where the delivery address is within Australia.
5. No purchase is required to enter.
Entry
6. The Promotion commences on Monday, January 29 2024 at 12am AEDT and closes on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 11:59pm AEDT.
7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must:

8. Entries in any other form are not permitted.
9. Entrants are permitted to enter once only.
10. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

12. Once submitted, entries may not be altered or deleted.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter at its absolute discretion the Promotional Period.
Entry content
14. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify:
a. Any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;
b. Any entries that the Promoter considers manipulative, unrepresentative or disproportionate;
c. Any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process.
15. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
16. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
Determining and notifying the winners
17. There will be one prize winner.
18. The winner of the Promotion will be selected on Thursday, February 8 and the winners will be contacted via Instagram DM from the Interflora account.
19. The most creative entry will be deemed the prize winner.
20. The decision of The Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results and the awarding of the prize.
21. Entrants consent to have their names and entries posted to the Interflora Australia Facebook and Instagram pages if they win.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to decide whether or not to publish entrants’ names and entries to the Interflora Australia Facebook page.
23. Once notified, the winner agrees to respond in a timely manner with address and delivery details.
24. If the winner has not responded by 12pm AEST Thursday, February 15 2024, they will forfeit the prize and a runner up will be chosen. If the runner up has not responded by 12pm Thursday February 22, 2024, the runner up winner forfeits their prize.
Prizes and claiming prizes
25. There is one prize to be won. The prize is: a $1000 Airbnb Voucher.
26. The arrangement will be chosen by Interflora based on availability of goods in the entrant’s and recipient’s location.
27. After the Promoter has sent the prizes, the Promoter is not responsible for prizes that have been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
28. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable.
29. The Promoter will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
30. All terms in Interflora's standard Delivery Policy apply. Delivery is subject to local conditions and is not guaranteed to restricted delivery areas. Delivery is not guaranteed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
General
31. Employees and Directors of Interflora Australia or agencies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following:
a. Spouse
b. Ex-spouse
c. De-facto spouse
d. Child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption)
e. Parent
f. Step-parent
g. Grandparent
h. Step-grandparent
i. Uncle
j. Aunt
k. Niece
l. Nephew
m. Brother

r. Step-sister

32. The Promoter’s decision concerning any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
33. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if:
a. For any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned;
b. If the promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion is affected;
c. If the determination of the winners or delivery of the prize is prevented or hindered by any event outside Interflora Australia’s control subject to approval by relevant state regulatory authorities.
34. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect results of the entrants participation in the promotion.
35. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
a. The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate, award prizes;
b. The Promoter may use this information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services;
c. The Promoter may also use this information to contact entrants who have opted to subscribe to receive newsletters from the Promoter.

While special characters can be used ie Emoji's, Interflora does not guarantee these will be placed on the card message itself. Interflora has a vast network of local florists. Some of these have printing capabilities for card messages, others do not and hand write card messages.
