The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or gourmet food or container value.
National flower supply continues to challenge our florists. It may be necessary to substitute some of the flowers, or containers in your order using a mix of our freshest in-store seasonal blooms. However, we will always do our best to create a lovely product as close as possible to what you ordered.In some cases, some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment.
Interflora guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every Interflora order. Each Interflora arrangement and hamper delivered by its members is created by a professional Interflora florist.
Every effort is made to deliver flowers and gifts on the day requested and in a condition that reflects our high standards. Flowers are unpredictable by nature and variety. Should you have a concern relating to the quality of your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A quality complaint can include but is not limited to poor quality blooms, missing items, expired items, wrong items, value of items and so on. ALL complaints must be accompanied by a high-quality,clear photograph to be considered. The image must display the entire product received along with any supporting close-ups you wish us to review. If the photograph is of poor quality—including, but not limited to, images that are too dark, blurry, or taken from too far away—we reserve the right to decline the review at our discretion. This image is used to ensure we can accurately assess your concerns and to educate our florists. We are unable to accept images where individual stems have been removed from the original bouquet or arrangement.
PLEASE NOTE:
Proper care of the flowers mustbe taken. This includes ensuring that cut flowers are placed in fresh water daily and stems trimmed. For flowers in a box or vase the oasis should always be wet to the touch. Some flowers prefer bright, indirect light, while others thrive in partial shade. Flowers must be kept in a stable environment, avoiding extreme temperatures. Interflora will not be held responsible for flowers that are not removed from their wrapping and are not watered or well cared for. Complaints received about freshness will only be considered for review within the 48 hour time-frame. Issues raised after this period of time will be reviewed at our discretion.

Requests for cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. These requests must be made within business hours Monday to Friday. Interflora will make every effort to honour these requests, however does not guarantee these requests can be made.
Mother’s Day Weekend Deliveries
For orders requested to be delivered on Mother's Day Sunday 10th May, we will make every effort to deliver on that Sunday. However, to ensure delivery by Mother's Day during this peak period we reserve the right to deliver
orders with a delivery date of Mother's Day Sunday 10th May between
Friday and Sunday of the Mother's Day weekend. Orders with a delivery date other than Sunday 10th May will be delivered on the date requested*. (*Weekend Delivery not available in all locations)
Change requests/Order Updates
Requests to change card messages/items/delivery addresses and cancellations must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the date of delivery. After this time we cannot guarantee the updates will be made.
Specific Timed Deliveries & Delivery Confirmations
Due to the large volume of deliveries, Interflora Australia is unable to guarantee specific timed deliveries on any orders over the Mother's Day peak or provide delivery updates.
Delivery Details
Accurate delivery details assist our Florists and couriers to have your order delivered for Mother's Day. Please check through the ‘Order Confirmation’ page before payment to ensure that the name and address details entered your order are complete and correct. Should incorrect details be provided, Interflora will not be held responsible for any complaint or enquiry associated with your order.
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.
We recommend avoiding the use of special characters (such as emojis) in your message.
As Interflora works with a network of local florists, card messages may be either printed or handwritten, and certain characters may not be able to be reproduced accurately.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the gift in a safe location, leave a card, or attempt redelivery. To help ensure successful delivery, please provide any relevant delivery instructions when placing your order.
If a secure location cannot be identified, a “not at home” card will be left at the delivery address. The item will then be returned to the delivering Interflora florist, and the recipient will be asked to make contact to arrange collection or redelivery.
Interflora is unable to provide you with a photograph of your order prior to it leaving the store regardless of whether it comes from our florist choice range or is a designer option. For your peace of mind, we suggest considering an option outside of our florist choice range, as this enables you to see exactly what will be sent to your chosen recipient, eliminating any uncertainty in the end product or the need for a photograph.
Sometimes it will be necessary for us to substitute flowers, wrapping or containers due to temporary, seasonal or regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your chosen item is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Whilst we have strict substitution guidelines in place to ensure the integrity of the item you have chosen is maintained there may be times where we need to make significant substitutions so as not to miss your chosen delivery date and important events like birthdays or anniversaries. These sorts of changes will only be made on your behalf if we cannot contact you directly and you will always be notified by email and/or SMS should this be necessary.
