Promotion Period

The Promotion starts at 12:01am AEST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 December 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

Eligible Persons

The Competition is open to:

Residents of Australia aged 18 years or over;
Who submit a review relating to their Interflora experience on Google Reviews during the Promotion Period; and
Provide a valid email address associated with their review account.

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and agencies directly associated with this Promotion (and their immediate families), are ineligible to enter.

Verification Requirements

The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity, age and residency (e.g. driver's licence, passport or utility bill) before awarding a prize.

Entry Procedure

During the Promotion Period, Eligible Persons must:

Submit a review relating to their Interflora experience on Google Reviews
Submit the review during the Promotion Period; and
Have a valid email address associated with their review platform account.

Reviews do not need to be positive. Honest feedback — positive, neutral or negative — is accepted as a valid entry.

Each eligible review submitted during the Promotion Period will automatically constitute one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Entry Materials & Conditions

By submitting an entry, entrants:

Confirm they are an Eligible Person and the review is their own genuine opinion;
Confirm the content is truthful and does not infringe any third-party rights or contain offensive, unlawful, misleading or defamatory content;
Must not include personally identifiable third-party information (e.g. surnames, phone numbers or delivery addresses); and
Grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish, adapt and use the review (in whole or part) across Interflora websites, social media channels, marketing materials and communications without compensation.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse publication of, remove or disqualify any review it reasonably considers breaches these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.

Maximum Entries

Entrants may submit multiple reviews during the Promotion Period, provided each review relates to a separate and genuine Interflora order or customer experience.

Each valid review constitutes one (1) entry.

Draw Details

The prize draw will be conducted as follows:

The draw will be conducted electronically or manually at the Promoter's discretion.

Reserve entries may be drawn and recorded in the event an original winner is deemed invalid, ineligible or forfeits their prize.

Prize Details

There are five (5) prizes to be won.

Each prize consists of:

1 × Interflora Gift Voucher valued at AUD $200 (including GST)

Voucher Conditions

Must be redeemed in a single transaction;
Includes delivery fees within the voucher value;
Valid for orders delivered within Australia only;
Cannot be redeemed for cash;
Is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable;
Any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited; and
If the value of the order exceeds $200, the winner must pay the difference.

Total Prize Pool

AUD $1,000 (5 × $200 Interflora Gift Vouchers).

Notification & Claiming

Winners will be contacted on or about 15 January 2027 using the email address associated with their Google Review account, or any other contact details available to the Promoter.

Each winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize.

If a winner does not respond within the claim period, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to a reserve entrant.

Publication of Winners

The first initial, surname and state/territory of each winner may be published on interflora.com.au within 30 days of the draw.

Privacy

All personal information collected and handled in connection with this Promotion will be managed in accordance with Interflora's Privacy Policy available at interflora.com.au.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

General Terms and Conditions of Entry

These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the Schedule of Details. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, corrupted, misdirected or delayed entries, reviews or communications due to technical disruptions or any other reason.

If this Promotion cannot proceed as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including fraud, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, system errors or other causes, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable laws.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or any prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
