What is the cut off time for same-day deliveries?
Same day delivery within Australia from Monday to Friday is possible provided that the order is placed before 2pm in the recipient’s time zone. Same day delivery within Australia on Saturdays is possible provided that the order is placed before 10am in the recipient’s time zone.
Delivery is usually available within 24 hours, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time zones and local conditions. Some areas in some countries (including Australia) are classified as restricted delivery areas. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 48 hours.

Is there anywhere Interflora doesn’t deliver?
Interflora can deliver most places within Australia and around the world using our network of over 700 florists in Australia and over 70,000 worldwide. Naturally, there are some areas to which we cannot deliver to due to their remoteness, and some areas maybe classified as restricted delivery zones, eg. How will I know if my order has reached Interflora?
When you place an order with Interflora.com.au, you will receive an email confirmation/tax invoice (usually within 20 minutes). If your credit card transaction has been declined, it is most often the case that the credit card details have been incorrectly entered. In this instance, please re-start the order process and carefully ensure that your credit details are correct.
If the credit card transaction was successful, you will receive an email confirmation/tax invoice that outlines for you all of your order details, order number, terms and conditions, as well as all Interflora contact and business details. If you do not receive your order confirmation within 1 hour of placing the order, please email one of our customer service consultants at customerservice@interflora.com.au or contact the Interflora Flowerline on 1800 808 500 (available in Australia only).
What happens if I want to make changes to my order?
We will make every effort possible to realistically put in place any changes to your order, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery. Should you have any changes to your order, please email one our customer service consultants at customerservice@interflora.com.au or contact the Interflora Flowerline on 1800 808 500 (available in Australia only) and please ensure that you have your order number handy.
Can Interflora let me know when the flowers have been delivered?
Unfortunately, we cannot send confirmation of delivery at this time. We try to overcome this by offering AM/PM delivery time brackets and we always ensure that every effort is made to deliver within a specified bracket of time during the day. Should you have any queries in regards to a delivery, please email one of our customer service consultants at customerservice@interflora.com.au or contact the Interflora Flowerline on 1800 808 500 (available in Australia only) and please ensure that you have your order number handy. Timed deliveries are not guaranteed.
What happens if no-one’s home when delivery occurs?
If we attempt to make a delivery and the recipient isn’t home, we will leave the flowers/gift either at the front or back door if deemed safe to do so or in a location outlined in any special instructions that you pass on to Interflora (eg. with a neighbour). If this is not possible, we will leave a calling card in the recipient’s letterbox or on the front door asking them to arrange a re-delivery or collection from the local Interflora florist.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Why are there two prices to choose from?
All of the products pictured across Interflora.com.au represent what we term the “Standard Price”. Should you choose our “Premium Price” option, we will add more value to the standard arrangement by adding more choice flowers to the floral arrangement or using a higher quality/priced container.
