The competition commences at 12:00pm AEST on Monday, 3 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026 (“Competition Period”).
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
Entry is open to Australian residents in Australia (excluding ACT) aged 18 years and over.
Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, participating prize partners and any agencies directly associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
To receive one (1) entry, entrants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:
The entrant must continue following all participating Instagram accounts at the time the winner is drawn.
Each additional comment tagging a different friend will count as one (1) additional entry.
There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant may submit, provided that each comment tags a different Instagram account.
The same friend cannot be tagged more than once by the same entrant. Duplicate tags, fake accounts, automated entries, bulk entries or entries considered to be spam may be deemed invalid.
Entrants must only tag people they reasonably believe would be interested in the competition.

If any prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or participating prize partner, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter and participating prize partners are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the winner when accepting or using the prize.
This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
The draw will take place on Tuesday, 18 August 2026.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, subject to applicable law.
The provisional winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @interfloraau Instagram account on 18 August 2026.
Entrants should be aware of fraudulent or impersonator accounts. The Promoter will not request payment, banking details or credit card information in order for a winner to claim the prize.
The provisional winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
The winner may also be announced on the official competition post or the Promoter’s Instagram account.
Before being confirmed as the winner, the provisional winner must provide the following information:
The Promoter may also verify that the provisional winner followed all participating Instagram accounts and otherwise complied with these Terms & Conditions.
The prize will only be awarded once the entrant’s eligibility and entry have been successfully verified.
If the provisional winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or fails to provide the required information, the prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter will then conduct another random draw from the remaining valid entries.
The replacement provisional winner will also have 48 hours from the time they are contacted to respond and provide the required information.
This process may be repeated until an eligible winner claims the prize.
Prize delivery is available to eligible Australian addresses (excluding ACT), excluding any location that is not serviced by the relevant prize partner.
The winner may be required to provide their personal information directly to participating prize partners for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment.
Individual components of the prize may be delivered separately and at different times.
The Promoter and participating prize partners accept no responsibility for prizes that are delayed, lost, damaged or misdirected because the winner provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants.

Any decision to invalidate an entry will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
If the competition cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical failures, platform disruption, fraud, tampering or changes to applicable laws, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the competition, subject to any regulatory requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, including the eligibility criteria and participating jurisdictions, where required by law or regulatory advice.
Any material changes will be communicated through the Promoter’s Instagram account or the official competition post.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and participating prize partners are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered in connection with entering the competition or accepting or using a prize, except where caused by their negligence or unlawful conduct.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical problems, Instagram outages, failed communications or entries that are not received because of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter will collect the winner’s personal information for the purposes of:

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
