National flower supply continues to challenge our florists. It may be necessary to substitute some of the flowers, or containers in your order using a mix of our freshest in-store seasonal blooms. However, we will always do our best to create a lovely product as close as possible to what you ordered.In some cases, some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment.
Interflora guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every Interflora order. Each Interflora arrangement and hamper delivered by its members is created by a professional Interflora florist.
Every effort is made to deliver flowers and gifts on the day requested and in a condition that reflects our high standards. Flowers are unpredictable by nature and variety. Should you have a concern relating to the quality of your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A quality complaint can include but is not limited to poor quality blooms, missing items, expired items, wrong items, value of items and so on. ALL complaints must be accompanied by a high-quality,clear photograph to be considered. The image must display the entire product received along with any supporting close-ups you wish us to review. If the photograph is of poor quality—including, but not limited to, images that are too dark, blurry, or taken from too far away—we reserve the right to decline the review at our discretion. This image is used to ensure we can accurately assess your concerns and to educate our florists. We are unable to accept images where individual stems have been removed from the original bouquet or arrangement.
PLEASE NOTE:
Proper care of the flowers mustbe taken. This includes ensuring that cut flowers are placed in fresh water daily and stems trimmed. For flowers in a box or vase the oasis should always be wet to the touch. Some flowers prefer bright, indirect light, while others thrive in partial shade. Flowers must be kept in a stable environment, avoiding extreme temperatures. Interflora will not be held responsible for flowers that are not removed from their wrapping and are not watered or well cared for. Complaints received about freshness will only be considered for review within the 48 hour time-frame. Issues raised after this period of time will be reviewed at our discretion.

Requests for cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. These requests must be made within business hours Monday to Friday. Interflora will make every effort to honour these requests, however does not guarantee these requests can be made.
Flower Deliveries - Within Australia
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Christmas Floral orders, for delivery within Australia, that are placed prior to 10.00am on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 at the local time of the delivery location.
Deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact the Interflora Australia Customer Support Centre on 1800 808 500 for information regarding deliveries to remote or regional areas.
Regional and Rural Deliveries
Courier services in some locations within Australia will cease operating on Friday 19th December 2025. Should you place your order for delivery on Saturday 20th December to an area where courier services will cease prior to this date, if possible, Interflora Australia will have your delivery made with the last available service to ensure that your gift is delivered prior to Christmas Day.
Gourmet Hamper Deliveries - Within Australia
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Christmas hamper orders, for delivery within Australia, that are placed prior to 12pm on Thursday 18th December at the local time of the delivery location.
Deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact the Interflora Australia Customer Support Centre on 1800 808 500 for information regarding deliveries to remote or regional areas.
Luxury Hamper Deliveries - Within Australia
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Luxury hamper orders, for delivery within Australia, that are placed prior to 5pm on Tuesday 16th December.
Flower Deliveries – International
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Christmas floral orders destined for overseas countries, that are placed prior to 11.59pm on Thursday 18th December.

To ensure that your gift is delivered prior to Christmas, please place your order no later than 11.59pm Tuesday 16th December.

Cut Off Times
Interflora make every effort to deliver orders placed after the guaranteed cut-off times stated above, however, depending on the delivery location, delivery may not occur until on or after Saturday 27th December at the florist's discretion.
Substitution Policy
Due to supply issues at this busy time, it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the products shown on interflora.com.au. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products, to the same value, or greater value, than the original order.
Order Cancellations
As of 11.59pm (AEDT) on Saturday 20th December, Interflora Australia is unable to accept cancellations to orders for Christmas deliveries.
For International Hamper orders, you must advise of cancellation no later than 24 hours after placement, as it will be dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not available.
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.
We recommend avoiding the use of special characters (such as emojis) in your message.
As Interflora works with a network of local florists, card messages may be either printed or handwritten, and certain characters may not be able to be reproduced accurately.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the gift in a safe location, leave a card, or attempt redelivery. To help ensure successful delivery, please provide any relevant delivery instructions when placing your order.
If a secure location cannot be identified, a “not at home” card will be left at the delivery address. The item will then be returned to the delivering Interflora florist, and the recipient will be asked to make contact to arrange collection or redelivery.
